Chrysler Replaces Bailey Controllers with RetroPAK

At their Kokomo Transmission Plant in Kokomo, Indiana Chrysler will replace the combustion control systems on three Riley Stoker boilers with Coen burners. The 140,000 lb/hr boiler uses natural gas and fuel oil; the other (98,000 lbs/hr) burns natura gas and waste oil.

The obsolete Bailey CLC and SLC controllers will be upgraded to MicroMod's RetroPAK. The easy transition path from the Bailey controllers and the successful operation of MicroMod controllers previously installed on two 75,000 lb/hr Nebraska boilers with NATCO burners were major factors in the decision to use RetroPAK.
