BoilerPAK makes it easy to replace outdated, obsolete controllers or replace a manufacturer-supplied on/off control system with more efficient modulating control. When your boiler or your budget is too small for O2 trim, BoilerPAK is the perfect solution. It also provides industry-standard communications to allow you to connect to an HMI package for operation and data acquisition. Retransmission signal and online boiler efficiency calculation are available as options.

Operating outside the optimum fuel-to-air ratio for your boiler results in excess fuel consumption, damage to firing surfaces, and higher NOx and CO2 emissions. And many older control systems lack safety limits for protection of personnel and equipment. TrimPAK makes it easy to upgrade to a safer, more efficient system that can improve boiler efficiency by 5% or more. And unlike other, similar systems on the market, a TrimPAK system does not require breaking the jackshaft; instead, a VFD is installed on the FD fan motor, providing additional savings in mechanical installation and ongoing energy consumption. Optional online Boiler Efficiency calculation and indication, FGR control and retransmission signal are also available as options.
MeterPAK - full metered system with cross-limits & O2 trim Data Sheet
A fully metered system with cross-limits is the safest, most efficient combustion control strategy. It provides the most efficient use of fuel, the best response to load changes, and can include environmental controls. It also compensates for changes in the heating value of the fuel. MeterPAK provides instantaneous, continuous correction of fuel-air ratio along with increased safety for personnel and equipment.
MeterPAK is available in a 2- or 3-controller configuration, depending on whether the operators require a separate Boiler master, or in a system-style architecture with a touchscreen interface.
PlantPAK - Plant Master controller Data Sheet
PlantPAK provides a supervisory steam setpoint to individual Boiler Master controllers. It allows operation of multiple boilers from a single display, and ensures quick response to large load changes. A lead/lag sequence option brings boilers on line as needed for maximum operating efficiency. Steam feedforward is available as an option. PlantPAK can be used in conjunction with any of the SteamPAK combustion control packages or with third-party combustion controls. The standard PlantPAK provides supervisory control for up to 3 boilers; customized PlantPAKs are available for four or more boilers.
