SteamPAK combustion control systems are pre-engineered, pre-configured packages that include instrumentation, pre-programmed controllers, and application-specific installation, startup and operation manuals. A SteamPAK package comes ready to install, with only a few parameters to enter from the front face of the controller to get up and running. Available for steam and hot water, gas/oil or solid fuels, single or dual fuel boilers, they can be installed as standalone systems or used in conjunction with other SteamPAK systems for total boiler control and efficiency improvement. All SteamPAK combustion controllers can be easily integrated with existing Building Automation systems using industry-standard communications.

BoilerPAK makes it easy to replace outdated, obsolete controllers or replace a manufacturer-supplied on/off control system with more efficient modulating control. When your boiler or your budget is too small for O2 trim, BoilerPAK is the perfect solution. It also provides industry-standard communications to allow you to connect to an HMI package for operation and data acquisition.

Operating outside the optimum fuel-to-air ratio for your boiler results in excess fuel consumption, damage to firing surfaces, and higher NOx and CO2 emissions. And many older control systems lack safety limits for protection of personnel and equipment. TrimPAK makes it easy to upgrade to a safer, more efficient system that can improve boiler efficiency by 5% or more. And unlike other, similar systems on the market, a TrimPAK system does not require breaking the jackshaft; instead, a VFD is installed on the FD fan motor, providing additional savings in mechanical installation and ongoing energy consumption. Optional online Boiler Efficiency calculation and indication is also available.

MeterPAK - full metered system with cross-limits & O2 trim           Data Sheet
A fully metered system with cross-limits is the safest, most efficient combustion control strategy. It provides the most efficient use of fuel, the best response to load changes, and can include environmental controls. It also compensates for changes in the heating value of the fuel. MeterPAK provides instantaneous, continuous correction of fuel-air ratio along with increased safety for personnel and equipment.
MeterPAK is available in a 2- or 3-controller configuration, depending on whether the operators require a separate Boiler master, or in a system-style architecture with a touchscreen interface.

PlantPAK - Plant Master controller                                                        Data Sheet
PlantPAK provides a supervisory steam setpoint to individual Boiler Master controllers with bumpless, balanceless mode transfer. It allows operation of multiple boilers from a single display, and ensures quick response to large load changes. A lead/lag option brings boilers on line as needed for maximum operating efficiency. PlantPAK may be hardwired to non-MicroMod controllers or used in conjunction with any of the SteamPAK combustion control packages. The standard PlantPAK provides supervisory control for up to 3 boilers; customized PlantPAKs are available for four or more boilers.
