53SL6000 “Micro-Mite” Controller

The 53SL6000 Micro-Mite is the cost effective solution for a wide range of control loop applications, from basic to complex. Nominally a single loop controller, the Micro-Mite also performs cascade and override control. In addition, the Micro-Mite controller’s expandable I/O capability allows it to be used in ways not possible with other single loop controllers. Use the built-in standard control strategies, or customize your own from the front panel or with the incredibly easy to use LoopMaster software package.

In addition to PID control the Micro-Mite can provide ratio, cascade and override control; time proportioning, motorized valve and heat/cool control. Math and logic, setpoint and hold, autotune and function generator are all standard features. Communication to a host PC using RS-485 and Micro-DCI Communications Services and OPC Server make the Micro-Mite an economic small system solution.
